Currently, the only products that offer a lifetime warranty are plastic bottles. Stainless steel bottles come with a 2-year warranty, while other products, such as food containers and accessories, are covered by a 1-year warranty.

1. Warranty Duration

   - Plastic Bottles: Lifetime warranty for leaking caps.

     i) Manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days of purchase.

     ii) Delivery damage must be reported within 3 days of purchase.

   - Stainless-Steel Bottles: 2-year warranty for defective temperature retention and internal rust.

     i) Delivery damage must be reported within 3 days of purchase.

   - Both plastic and stainless-steel bottles:

     i) Cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cracks, major scratches, or dents.

     ii) Damage from misuse, such as products being broken or dropped.

     iii) Not following aftercare instructions.

     iv) Exposure to microwaves or melting.

     v) Printed artwork wear & tear

   - This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

   - The warranty is only valid in Malaysia and is not applicable to products purchased from
     unauthorized sellers.

   - Customers must register at bros.com.my within 14 days of the purchase date (as dated on the receipt).

   - The applicability of the BROS warranty depends on the product's condition, as determined by the final examination and
     verification process conducted by Living Wing Sdn. Bhd., at their sole discretion.

   - The warranty is not valid for any cash exchange.

   - Customers are responsible for all delivery fees associated with warranty claims.

   - If the original product is no longer available, it will be replaced with another product of equivalent value.

   - Products under the EOL list will not be replaced.

   - The 'End of Life' (EOL) for a bottle is defined as the point at which its production ceases, it is no longer marketable, and its
     design is no longer renewable. At this stage, the bottle can no longer be updated or reproduced and must be phased out of
     circulation.
