INGREDIENTS:
2 sheets
Frozen puff pastry, thawed
1
Egg, whisked
1 cup
Nutella
Some
Flour (to dust work surface)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven at 200°C.
Lightly floured your workspace and spread the puff pastry.
Divide the puff pastry into 4 equal squares.
Cover each of them with a spread of Nutella.
Roll the pastry tightly from the edges into a log.
Slice it lengthwise from the middle to expose the chocolate layers.
Secure the ends and twist the pieces to form a braid.
Arrange them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and brush the egg wash onto the twists to ensure golden brown edges.
Bake for 15 – 20 mins until pastry is golden brown and puffed.
Remove the twists from the oven and allow them to cool before storing them in your airtight BROS press-in container.
