Time: 45 mins – 1 hour Skill: Medium
INGREDIENTS:
Main Ingredients
80g
unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cup
graham cracker crumbs
1 cup
whipping cream, cold
224g
full-fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1/3 cup
caster sugar
2 tbsp
sour cream, at room temperature
1/2 tbsp
lemon juice
1/2 tsp
pure vanilla extract
Topping & garnishes (see below)
Note: This recipe fits perfectly into one of BROS 400ml click-in glass container and one of BROS 600ml click-in glass container.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Layer 1: Prep the Graham Cracker Crust
Melt the unsalted butter using a microwave. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs and sugar until the mixture is well-combined. It should resemble a wet sand.
Press the crumbs firmly onto the bottom of the food container. Place your crust in the refrigerator to chill and set while you prepare your no-bake cheesecake filling.
Layer 2: Prep Cheesecake Filling
Using an electric mixer, whip the cold heavy cream into stiff peaks on medium-high speed, then set aside.
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla extract together on medium-high speed until smooth and creamy.
Then, gently fold the whipped cream into the cheesecake filling using a spatula until evenly combined.
Spread the cheesecake filling into the prepared crust. Make sure to leave some room for the topping!
Layer 3: Add Topping & Garnishes
You can add the topping after leaving the no-bake cheesecake to chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or prior to serving.
